Nothing could ruin my mood today for I have waited for this happy-happy-joy-joy day in a while now. If you haven't noticed, I have been emo-ing for the past couple of days because of reasons I have only chosen to disclose in my other blog. Well anyway, let's not talk about that, I'm happy now and that's what matters. Anyway, I'll be making this special palanca for one of my long-time friends and I would post it here if ever I finish it in time before they turn off the wifi. **listening to the morning rush (knock knock jokes episode)>>> how fitting since it was this friend whom i shall call PAPAYA, who introduced me to the show. |

title : cartoon frenzy=reminiscing
So this is going to be my last blog post for the day. I've had 2 and this one's the third. I was doing some random rantings earlier on my other blog and I got a little carried away and posted 2. So here's an idea that popped into my ever brilliant brain a while back. I was browsing through her blog and I realized that it would be much more interesting if I'd rather not give away any real names on this blog. It's going to sound weirder (therefore more fun) and it's much safer (since you shouldn't be giving away personal info on the WWW anyway). SO from now on, all names mentioned and to be mentioned on this blog and my other blog are code names substituted for fun's and privacy's sake! and I am going to be, from this day on, MONSTER SIOMAI, the martian girl! And one more thing, Yesterday, Jrider (also a codename), my college blockmate tagged me on facebook asking me to do the same and post a cartoon character's (your favorite when you were young) picture as my profile pic. This is to help stop violence against kids! So this is going to be a big thing 'til Monday next week! so don't be shocked the next time you open your account and see this.... it's crazy, it takes us a few years back....  here's my profile pic yesterday:  and here's who I am today: la-la-la-la-la  CIAO! |

title : it all comes down to GOOD MUSIC...
...that I am still alive amidst all the sacrifice, hardships and perils I've been through for the past 20 hours... Good morning! I am so happy we're through with our thesis (and yes, thesis lang yang drama jan sa taas)!! Haha, drama queen! Now, all I need is a break after 20 hours straight of staring at my computer screen looking at plain, serious business (with occasional glances at fb---for announcements pa ah!). Now I can FINALLY have my break, before I start with my powerpoint presentation and PROTOCOL!! WHOOOOOHOOO Goodluck with that! So this is what good music is all about.... thanks for keeping me company all throughout the night (and day)... Labels: good music, thesis |

title : EXPAT
For the longest time, one of my hobbies and pastimes is staying online for hours reading blogs. When I was in grade school, one of the "IN" things was owning a blog and following your friends. It wasn't as big as TWITTER is nowadays but it was what's fun during those days (you know, posting entries about your crushes--blind item style!). Anyway, as the hobby grew on me, I started discovering blogs of celebrities and then not-yet-celebs and other funny bloggers and other very rude bloggers (shared to me by my good friend, Marion). Then just this last year (I think), I discovered a site where all sorts of people from all over the world join forces and share stories from wherever the heck they are currently living as expatriates or expats. I was so fascinated by this because of my love for discovering other countries (besides ours, or mine). You know, ever since I discovered the beauty of travelling and working abroad and going to places I've never been, I have created this plan to work abroad myself, so I took up nursing (which is selfish, I know). So now, since I'm still here waiting to graduate, all I can do is sit in front of Rosalka, my laptop and travel the world in the eyes, mouth, ears and feelings of hundreds of expats, both Filipinos and foreigners alike. So far, my fave expat destinations are JAPAN, JAPAN and JAPAN! Shempre di mawawala yung American dream ko kaya shempre, I also read expat blogs of people from various states of US and paminsan minsan sa mga ibang Asian countries, and then, Greece too! Shempre doon na ako sa mga dream destinations ko rin daba?! so that's it for now... as for the site, eto na siya>>>> "THE SITE"

title : HALLOWEEN
When I first saw the sneak photos (is there such a thing?) of the rocky horror episode of glee, I was totally into dianna agron's costume. She played double roles (I think). One was magenta and the other one was a partygoer! Boy am I glad i've found this WEBSITE. They had a complete list of the whole cast's character impersonation and a piece by piece lowdown on their costumes!!! AMAZING! Now, all i want to do is go to divi and buy the cheapest mixed pink wig (according to the site, it's what it's called) for this look, which is my ABSOLUTE favorite!
and here, i'm not sure if i could post this since I just grabbed them from fb (hi kuya and ate!) hahaha. Anyway, Here's my little pamangkin dressed up as batman! so cute! we'll be seeing them finally this Christmas!! YAHOO! Can't wait!

I wanna run wild and free and be the best that I can be! I wanna travel, ride on my topdown car, go surfing, go drag racing, go ice skating, go wall climbing, bungee jumping at kung anu-ano pa.
Someday, all of these will come true!
