title : from teenvogue, with love...
My sister and I have been collecting back issues (kasi mas mura) of teenvogue way back high school. I remember, we used to check out every booksale store (mega, moa, edsa central, san laz) na madaanan namin and look for teenvogue. Pag P65 and below, bibilhin namin. Kapag P95, titignan muna namin kung interesting yung cover girl, if not, hindi namin kukunin. Anyway, ever since then, we also started checking out their website and dun ko nadidiscover ang mga best dressed celebs, latest gossips, fashion face-offs, latest fashion styles and no-nos at kung anu-ano pa. So tonight, since I'm so inspired to post something about fashion, nagnakaw ako ng konting pics from the best dressed celebs list this week, and as usual, pasok na naman ang aking ever favorite model, Alexa Chung...  Minsan, di ko lang talaga feel yung ibang shoes ni Alexa, pero carry naman niya kaya oks lang. Fave Fashion Icon pa rin!!  Here's Clemence Poesy, another fave model. I haven't really seen her act, except for the first episode of GG season 4, so I can't really say na fave actress ko rin siya.  Who doesn't know Emma Roberts? I really like her face, kung para kay direk Lauren Dyogi eh si Shaina ang one of the best faces in Philippine industry, for me, si Emma naman.  Natalie Portman. She's been my idol ever since Star Wars I, tapos pinanood ko yung ibang movies niya, and ayun, idol ko rin siya kasi mas pinili niya munang mag college bago bumalik sa paggawa ng movies.Odiba, say mo? artista ako?  Olivia Palermo. I like her face too, but what I like about her more is her fashion sense. Pag tinignan mo mga candid/out and about photos niya, makikita mo ang sinasabi ko!  Selena Gomez is one of my fave disney celebs. Sooper gusto ko yung sarcasm niya sa WOWP, pero bukod dun, I really love her face as well. Fashion style, not so much, pero pwede na.  Daveigh Chase. Di ko naman talaga siya isasama eh. Kaya lang nagulat ako. Ambilis talaga mag mature ng mga tao sa Hollywood. If you don't know her, then let me help you. SIya si SADAKO (the Ring English version)!!!  Kelly Osbourne. Nung may MTV pa kami, nanonood ako nung the Osbournes at super ayoko sa family nila minsan kasi magulo, laging nagmumura at di ko lang talaga feel (pero tuloy pa rin ang nood kasi curious talaga ako sa buhay sa states). Anyway, these past months/years, napapansin ko na mejo magmature na rin siya in a way. Surprisingly, nagustuhan ko rin ang fashion choices niya. In fairness, ang tarooosh ng dress niya na ito. At ang hair, dati pink yan, pero ngayon, steady blonde na lang. Odiba? Ibang klaseng transformation. Mejo Sophisticated na rin siya, unlike before na parang squatter. JOKE! Anghaba, close kami?  Si Anne Hathaway naman, I liked her in The Princess Diaries and Get Smart, pero not in Brokeback hehehe. Mejo naloka ako at tinanggap niya yung role na yun, pero carry naman niya. So yun, nagustuhan ko lang yung dress niya and hindi siya masyadong panget sa pic na to. BTW, may movie ulit sila ni Papa Jake Gyllenhaal together. Sa umpisa ng trailer, mejo comedy yung labas, pero in the end, heavy drama pala!! SPoiler: may Parkinson's kasi siya. ayun lang. Anyway, I found the perfect template for now. Mejo nagustuhan ko yung sophisticated look niya. I was really looking for a black and white and almost plain template kasi ganun yung mga templates nung mga blogs ng ex-batchmates ko. And nakita ko, uhm maganda nga, kaya eto na naman me, gaya-gaya! SO there. That's it for tonight. I need to study for PA while I'm still up and awake.
